My Story
When I was 29 years old I started my adventure of becoming CEO of a 5-person startup. This was pretty much my first job after an academic gig :)
I learned tons and really enjoyed delving into all aspects of managing a high-growth company. At the same time, these years left me also scarred and traumatized and since the exit of the (then 50-person) company I have spent significant time processing these scars and wondering whether one could achieve the same and better results with less trauma.
I believe that one of the main sources of my pain was that there was no safe space for me to be vulnerable. And the truth is that I didn’t really know how to be vulnerable in general.
Vulnerable Entrepreneurs is my attempt to explore this issue together with other entrepreneurs who are in the middle of their journey. Hopefully I can help some of them along the way.
